What signal scores are meant to do
Signal scoring highlights filings that stand out on platform-defined rules (size, timing, historical patterns, and related factors ingested by ProBors jobs).
Use scores to answer: "What should I read first this morning?"
For example, a clicked GOOGL disclosure can show the score label, the reasons behind the score, the filing delay, and the market chart around the trade. The score gets your attention; the context window is where you decide whether the disclosure is actually worth reading.
How to filter in ProBors and AI chat
In trade search and AI tools, use min_signal_score filters on congress queries.
Important rule when asking the AI:
- "Above 11" means use
min_signal_score=12(minimum is inclusive)
Example prompts:
- "Show congress trades with signal score at least 12 in the last 7 days"
- "Top signal-score purchases this month as a table"
Always pair score filters with a date window so you are not scanning all history.

Whale activity uses separate search and premium filters—not the congress signal score field.
